Apple Too Demanding on Adobe?

Adobe

Not having Adobe Flash on the iPhone has been one of the biggest issues that I have had with my phone. Apple and Adobe have been talking about some collaborations that they are doing to bring a Flash experience to the iPhone, but so far we haven’t seen much come out of it. It turns out Adobe is trying hard to bring Flash to our shiny phone. Here is what Adobe’s CEO had about this challenge:

💡Make your home smart with these Alexa enabled connected devices

It’s a hard technical challenge, and that’s part of the reason Apple and Adobe are collaborating

Steve Jobs has been critical of Adobe products in the past. He has found them to be “too slow” to operate on the iPhone. By listening to Steve Jobs, you can come to the conclusion that Apple doesn’t really need Adobe. They are collaborating to bring more value to their customers, but Apple iPhone has been doing fun even without Adobe being involved.

Will we see Flash on the iPhone? I hope so. Unlike iPhone purists, I don’t mind having Flash on my phone. But will Apple pull out all the stops to accomplish this? It does not look likely.
