Not all leaks are created the same. Some are done on purpose to create hype for products while others are done unintentionally. A BestBuy document suggests that something big is going to happen on October 21st. Apparently, an Apple fixture will be installed at local stores on that date. This is My Next suggests that the exact same thing happened before iPhone 4 launch.
This is My Next also suggests that a meeting has been scheduled for BestBuy mobile managers on October 10 to prepare for upcoming big release dates. These dates do suggest that an October release is quite likely for iPhone. As 9 to 5 Mac points out, training for the next generation Apple phones has already started in Apple stores.
Apparently, Apple employees have already started getting information on iOS 5 and the iCloud service. iCloud is expected to be released for public use at the same time as iOS 5. From the looks of it, Apple is on track to announce the next generation iPhone in the next few weeks. At this point, we are dealing with only rumors. But the wait for iPhone 5 is almost over.
