iPad Mini 2 Specs Leaked?

The iPad mini has already been a very successful tablet for Apple. It has reached millions of homes already. Many of us expected Apple to release the next generation iPad mini around this time. But as Tim Cook has suggested, we will have to wait a few months to get our hands on new Apple devices. iPad mini 2’s specifications seem to have been leaked though:
- 7.9-inch 324ppi Retina display
- 2048 x 1536 resolution
- 8 MP rear camera
- 2 MP front camera
- 16 GB to 64 GB configurations
- Apple A6X Processor
This suggests the iPad mini will be faster and more capable than its predecessor. Previous rumors had pointed to Apple thinking about reducing iPad mini’s price. We highly doubt that will be the case considering the above specs. The iPad mini 2 will be a tad bit thicker than the current generation iPad mini due to having a larger battery.
This is a rumor at this point. We can thank the Dutch website MobiLeaks for it. If this story is proven to be true, Apple is going to sell a ton of these tiny tablets in the upcoming months.
