iPhone 3GS Increases Mobile Video by 400%
0Mobile video is the present and future. If we have learned anything from the recent events around the world, mobile videos can be just as effective as regular videos in portraying stories and what’s going on around the world. Apple realized this fact a long while ago, which is it made a mini camcorder out of iPhone 3GS. The problem with mobile video is that not many folks have the right devices to capture decent videos. Apple has provided the tool with iPhone 3GS and people have answered the call as YouTube uploads have increased by 400% a day in the past couple of weeks.
iPhone 3GS has picked up where mini camcorders left off by allowing folks to capture videos and upload them to YouTube or MobileMe on the go. It’d be easy to give all the credit to iPhone 3GS as there are many other phones and mini video devices that provide consumers with options to record videos on the go. And you can’t ignore the fact that sites such as YouTube are working hard to make it easier for people to upload videos on the go. So one would expect more mobile videos to surface in the future. Now let’s hope the quality of videos picks up as companies such as Apple come up with better quality camcorders for their gadgets.
So what’s next for Apple? I have a hunch that we will see an even more powerful iPhone in the near future with better video capabilities. A lot of people seem to enjoy capturing videos on the go with their mobile phones, so we could see the possible death of one trick pony devices in the video market. I am still not ready to count out devices such as Flip Ultra but wouldn’t be surprised if it happened sooner rather than later.
