Google Glass is not available to everyone yet. But it could become a very popular device. I was skeptical about it until I had a chance to buy one and test it extensively for a few weeks. Google releases updates for Glass regularly. The latest one introduces new glassware for Hangouts. It also introduces the wink gesture, allowing its users to capture photos faster. Unfortunately, the MyGlass app for iOS which debuted just yesterday seems to have been pulled. It does not seem to be a major issue though.
Great news iPhone fans, the iOS app is ready, but we need you to have this month’s Glass update first before it will work. We know we spilled the beans a bit too soon, but we’ll let you know when it’s available for download later this week.
Google Glass is going to be available to everyone in 2014. In fact, Google is already allowing Glass users to invite their friends to join. The device will surely go for less than $1500.
Speaking of new products, the SIM+ case happens to be an accessory that allows its holders to connect two SIM cards to their iPhone 5. This is perfect for world travelers who are tired of carrying two phones or switching SIM cards all the time. The SIM+ case has a professional look. It not only accepts two SIM cards but has storage space for a third one. Any SIM card that your iPhone accepts can be used with the SIM switcher. The software can be set to automatically switch in case you lose your signal.
This dual-SIM card for iPhone could prove very useful for busy professionals who travel a lot. You can support the project on Hwtrek.
