Many of us exercise while listening to music. It provides a nice distraction when you are pushing your body hard. PaceCoach for iOS is a cool app that matches your songs to your running cadence, helping you push your body the right way. It automatically adjusts the tempo of your music and lets you import your Spotify playlists.

PaceCoach doesn’t change the pitch of your music. Just choose the songs, your running pace, and let the app do the rest. An Apple Watch interface is also available, so you can see what’s playing and at what pace. You can try the app for free. Requires iOS 10 or later.
