Comcast & Apple TV, iPad Pro 13 Video
0Apple is expected to introduce the next generation Apple TV device in the near future. The new Apple TV is slated to be a faster device but will offer more than just hardware upgrades. Apple is working hard to bring more content to its platform. But the Comcast Times Warner cable merger could through a wrench into the process.
As Business Insider has reported, Comcast could always kill the deal and release its own set-top box to compete directly with Apple TV. The TV business is quite lucrative, and it is doubtful that Comcast will play ball with Apple or companies like that unless it has to. Where Apple goes from here is not clear.
Speaking of Apple products, the company is rumored to be working on a 13 inch iPad Pro. Considering that 2014 is the year of the iWatch for the company, we might have to wait a couple of years to see this larger tablet. But there are already some intriguing concepts on the market. This iPad Pro video by SET Solution shows an iPad that runs a full version of OS X.
You can connect a keyboard and mouse to a mini computer like this. While a 13 inch iPad Pro could look quite shiny and irresistible, we are not entirely sold on how easy it will be to use. A big tablet like this will target professional users anyway.
