iPhone 5S Rumors, R2-D2 iPhone Dock

We have been hearing for quite some time that Apple may release multiple iPhones and iPads every year. Apple has not confirmed a change to its product release cycle but rumors have it that the company will bring the iPhone 5S to the market in June 2013. The new iPhone is expected to come in a few new colors and could feature NFC technology, a more powerful battery, and a better camera.
This is all according to Peter Misek of Jeffries & Co. The iPhone 5S could have a Retina+ IGZO screen with a better HD camera. Apple is not expected to make a change to iPhone’s look this time around. Peter Misek has not been 100% right in the past. So it is too early to read too much into these claims. If previous releases are any indication, the new iPhone will be faster, probably thinner, and updated with better hardware features. So Peter’s predictions here are not earth-shattering by any means.
