I wanted to let readers know about the iBelly Workout app where you lay your iPhone on your stomach and using your stomach muscles or by doing sit ups you control what's happening on the screen. There are various exercises and games you can play with your stomach. It's pretty fun . . . you can find it in the Healthcare & Fitness area of the App Store or by searching iBelly Workout.

What happened to iFitness? It’s no longer available on iTunes. Is it gone for good?

seems like it. The link is listed on Google but does not go anywhere. We will update the link if the product is back. it's a shame as it was a very decent app

iFitness is now only available on Android phones due to an issue regarding licensing with Apple.

Yes. We had to remove it unfortunately. We loved the app but we don't link to apps that don't run on iOS. Any chance it will be back?

I thought you might like to try out our Para Fitness App – just voted app of the week by The Sun, the UK's best selling newspaper (so it's not just us that rates it).

With the help of a former head of recruitment and training at the British Paras – Major Sam McGrath – the Para Fitness App serves up a series of tailored eight-week exercise programmes to get you fighting fit for summer.

The beauty of the fitness app is that it helps you choose the programme level that's right for you – recruit, soldier or Para – using a clever assessment tool. So whoever you are and whatever the state of your fitness, there's a programme that's right for you.

If you find the hardest part of getting fit is getting your trainers on and out the door, McGrath has all the movitational tips you need.

We'd love to know what you think.

We just released our own app called "Oracle Fitness" that's worth checking out. It's completely unique from other fitness apps in that it builds complex training plans at run-time.
