Apple is expected to announce its iPhone 12 lineup today. There have been various leaks suggesting the following models:
- 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini
- 6.1-inch iPhone 12
- 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro
- 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max
According to the rumors, these are expected to be available in black, blue, green, red, and white colors. A couple of these models are expected to have a LiDAR sensor.

1:02pm EDT: HomePod Mini introduced. It has a backlit touch surface on top for control.
1:05PM EDT: HomePod Mini has a full range dynamic driver, acoustic waveguide for 360-degree sound experience. It has a S5 chip inside. It supports smart stereo pairing. It comes with Siri on-board. HomePod Mini costs $99. Coming on November 6.

1:13PM EDT: iPhone 12 time. 5G. iPhone can now access Verizon’s 5G Ultra wide-band.
1:21PM EDT: iPhone 12 with 5G introduced. Lighter, thinner, and smaller than iPhone 11. Powered by A14 bionic with 5nm process technology.
1:36PM EDT: MagSafe for iPhone. Improved wireless charging. Improved E-shield.
1:43PM EDT: iPhone 12 Mini has the same features as iPhone 12 but just smaller.
1:46PM EDT: introducing iPhone 12 Pro. With ceramic shield and water & dust resistant, IP68.
2:00PM EDT: introducing LiDAR for iPhone 12 Pro for AR and other applications, such as reduce capture time and autofocus in the dark. iPhone 12 Pro Max going for $1099.
