Lastics Office Stretch: offers a number of moves you can do in your office. It provides video demonstrations to show you how to do each move the right way. Videos are about 2-4 minutes long.
StretchPro: it provides you with instructions on stretching and relaxing 8 points of your body. Includes stretches you can do during your flights or in your office.
Office-Fit: this goes well beyond stretches. It offers over 60 exercises you can do anywhere. It does have a couple of bugs but is still very decent.
Office Yoga: a little bit on the cute side but does include a variety of postures you can try in your office. It has simple exercises for stretching up your neck, back, and shoulders.
Sitting behind a desk all day is not healthy. The above apps show you how to relax your body and get the blood flowing in it without wasting too much company time.
